Bong Joon Ho follows Parasite with this 2025 science-fiction adventure-comedy about Mickey Barnes, an unlikely hero whose job is the ultimate act of commitment: dying, repeatedly, for a living. The premise alone signals the director's fascination with disposable labor and the indignities the system asks workers to swallow, here pushed to a darkly funny sci-fi extreme.
