Louis Leterrier's 2013 crime thriller follows a team of stage illusionists who turn their sold-out shows into elaborate bank heists, showering audiences with cash while an FBI agent and an Interpol detective scramble to keep pace. The pleasure here is in the misdirection: the film wants you a step behind, trusting the trick more than the logic. If you enjoy slick, fast-moving capers built on reveals and reversals rather than character depth, this delivers exactly that energy. Viewers who prize watertight plausibility may find the sleight-of-hand frustrating, but anyone happy to be played will have fun. Best watched in a forgiving, popcorn mood.
