About The Mist

After a violent storm, a dense cloud of mist envelops a small Maine town, trapping David Drayton and his five-year-old son in a local grocery store with other local residents. They soon discover that the mist conceals deadly horrors that threaten their lives, and worse, their sanity.

Frank Darabont's 2007 chiller traps a small Maine town under a dense mist that rolls in after a violent storm, sealing David Drayton and his young son inside a grocery store with panicked neighbors. The dread works on two fronts: the deadly, unseen horrors lurking in the fog, and the faster unraveling of people cornered together, where fear curdles into hysteria and cruelty.
